Returns & Cancellation Policy

The website Dream11 Shop (“Platform”) is owned and operated by Dream11 Fantasy Private Limited (“Dream11”), a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at 1901-A, Naman Midtown, Near Indiabulls Finance Centre, SB Marg, Elphinstone (W), Mumbai 400013, Maharashtra, India. Through this Platform, Dream11 seeks to offer for sale merchandise such as t-shirts, mobile covers, mugs, memorabilia and other merchandise branded with Dream11’s logo/branding (“Products”) to users of this Platform (“Users”).

The terms ‘Dream11’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refer to the owners of the Platform. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our Platform.

By purchasing or attempting to purchase the Products through the Platform, you consent to and agree to comply with this Returns and Cancellation Policy and comply with the Platform’s Terms of Use, as available at Privacy Policy, as available at ,Shipping Policy, as available at all of which will be deemed to be incorporated into this Returns and Cancellation Policy by reference. In the event of conflict between the Terms of Use and Returns and Cancellation Policy, this policy will prevail.

Dream11 offers the Products for sale through the Platform, subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this Returns and Cancellation Policy. Dream11 reserves the right to change or modify the terms stated in this policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. All modifications will be posted on the Platform and will become effective immediately upon such posting to the Platform. Please review this policy regularly to remain informed of any change.

Returns and Cancellation


Orders are non-returnable unless: (i) the Product is of a different size or specification from the Order, it being clarified that a minor variation in the colouration or colour-shade of the Product from the Order shall not be construed as constituting a difference in specification, or (ii) the Product suffers from a defect in workmanship or manufacture or (iii) the Product is delivered in a damaged condition or in an unsealed condition or with the tampering of any seals applied by Dream11 against the Product packaging (each a “Defective Product”).

In case of receipt of a Defective Product, you agree to notify Dream11 through the Platform of the receipt of such Defective Product, which notification shall be made against the Order under which such Defective Product has been delivered. You agree to make such notification not later than 72 hours from receipt of the Defective Product. In case you fail to notify Dream11 of a Defective Product within the aforementioned 72 hours period, you shall be considered to have unconditionally accepted the Product and no return request or notification of Defective Product shall be accepted thereafter. Upon receipt of a Defective Product notification within the timelines specified herein, Dream11 shall contact you and make reasonable enquiries to ascertain and verify that the Product was a Defective Product on delivery. Upon completion of verification, Dream11 will arrange for a pick-up of the Product and shall provide you with options to schedule such pick-up. Upon confirmation of a pick-up option, you agree to make yourself available for the return of the Defective Product to Dream11’s service provider and shall return the Defective Product in the same condition as received. Dream11’s service provider may contact you in case of a rescheduling of the pick-up and you agree to reasonably cooperate with such rescheduling. In case a pick-up fails due to your absence or failure to return the Product in the same condition as received or any factor attributable to you, then Dream11’s service provider shall attempt once more to complete the pick-up in coordination with you and with your reasonable cooperation. In case such second attempt to complete the pick-up also fails due to your absence or failure to return the Product in the same condition as received or any factor attributable to you then you will be deemed to have accepted the Defective Product as-is and Dream11 shall be under no obligation to accept or procure the return of the same, or refund any price or amount paid for the purchase of the same.

The amount paid for the Order will be returned into your source account within 14 days of completion of pick-up of the Defective Product.  


Once the Order has been confirmed through issuance of an Order Confirmation, there can be no cancellation of or modification to the Order. Dream11 reserves the right to cancel your Order at any time due to non-availability of the Product, restriction on sale of the Products due to change in law, suspicion of fraudulent activity or due to any other reason based on its sole discretion. If Dream11 cancels your Order or you cancel an Order before issuance of the Order Confirmation you will receive a refund of the amount into your source account within 14 days from the time of Order cancellation. You can however modify the shipping address of your Order before it has been processed or packed by updating your account information details.

Applicable Law

This Returns And Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India and the courts of Mumbai, India shall retain exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes arising out of the same.
